– Total Active Listings are up 11% over the past 30 days and 29% since May.

– Lender Owned (REO) and Short Sales (SS) make up less than 21% of Total Active Listings.

– Lender Owned (REO) prices are unchanged month over month and up 7% since May.

– Short Sale prices in Chandler, AZ are up 6.2% month over month and up over 11% since May. And while short sales are still a challenge to close that fact doesn’t seem to have had any impact on the rise in their pricing. As you can see Short Sales Pending are the biggest bottle neck in the Chandler real estate market.
